To: Ford Salaried Retirees:

The following is a request for your consideration.  I am Charles White, Ford salary retiree and chairman/leader of three Ford salary retiree groups.  Over the past several years, I have become involved in healthcare guidance for Medicare-eligible Ford salary retirees.  As such, I am well aware of the complexities of navigating through the healthcare system for the best plan to meet your specific needs.

The Senior Benefits Group (SBG) has performed very successfully with members of the three groups I am involved.   The Senior Benefits Group provides services similar to Extend Health, Transition Assist, and Senior Educators.  However, the Senior Benefits Group has the following key features that none of the others can match in total if you live in Michigan, which is where the vast majority of Ford salary retirees reside:

o    Headquartered in Michigan
o    Provides unbiased recommendations tailored to your needs
o    Understands the implications of "Obamacare" for you
o    Will meet with you in your home, if you prefer [Michigan residents]
o    Will provide online and telephone assistance if you are outside Michigan
o    You pay nothing for SBG services
o    Your plan costs are the same through SBG as it would be buying direct from the provider
o    SBG monitors plans' changes to advise you if you are impacted

If you wish to followup on this request, you can contact Matt Lamarre as noted below:

Matt will be happy to discuss any and all of the following topics with you:
•    How Medicare works
•    Parts A and B: And the gaps left behind
•    Part C: The Medicare Advantage Plan
•    Part D: The prescription drug benefit
•    Reading the fine print: The little known pitfalls
•    Your Rights for enrollment and information availability
•    How to select the right plan and monitor it each year

If you have questions of me, please contact me as noted below. In case you are wondering, I selected my 2011 and 2012 healthcare plans with Matt LaMarre while sitting at my kitchen table.  It was a terrific experience.  I am receiving nothing by recommending the Senior Benefits Group. I genuinely believe that SBG is the best choice for Ford salary retirees who need guidance in making their proper healthcare plan decisions.
